NEC Corporation Announces the full integration of the former NEC Philips Unified Solutions in business, while the name changed to NEC Unified Solutions.
As someone who is no longer 100% in the NEC Group, the new company is the cornerstone of the strategy for the development of the activities of the communications and networking, as well as for the increase in market share in the region of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).

The integration of the former consortium of NEC Philips in the NEC Group was the intention of NEC Corporation and Royal Philips Electronics since its creation in 2006.Since then, the Consortium has been consolidated within the wider group of NEC that activities, the wider range of products and the long-term evolution to comply fully with the strategy and plans of NEC.The headquarters of the company remain in Hilversum, the Netherlands, while there were no changes at the level of administration.
